This painting depicts the feet of Lord Krishna as a young child walking the edge of a shoreline to play as young children do. 
When I painted this image I focused on things that I can understand like the heat of the sand and the freshness of the water and sound of the ankle bells and splashing water, imagining a Krishna's laughter. His skin must be so soft and warm, surrounded by the smell of tulasi and the flower garland I imagine him wearing.
Always beautiful and sweetly captivating. He is  enjoying simple pleasures that always have a deeper meaning to his devotees.
